Wire Pendants (Painted)

[scroll down for more information, and the ID!]

Made in March, 2025

Medium: Posca Pens, Jewlery Wire, Rocks

Time Elapsed: 2-ish hours

I was so worried about scratching the paint on these when I was doing the wire, but they all turned out great! Especially for my first go at making these pendants. These were some of my first drafts.

Image Description

ID: Four wire-wrapped rock pendants lying on a wooden cutting board. They’re being illuminated by sunlight, and they’ve been painted.

The first pendant is small, and wrapped in silver wire that converges in the center. There’s a vein of quartz running though the middle of the stone, and wavy lines of pink and blue paint have been added to make the stone resemble the trans flag.

The second pendant is medium sized, and wrapped in golden wire that curls and zig-zags over the stone. A yellow, orange and red mandala pattern has been painted in the center of the stone.

The third pendant is the largest, and wrapped in golden wire. It wraps around the stone in a triangle shape, with a small wave in the center of each line. An off-white, pink and turquoise mandala pattern has been painted on the entire stone.

The fourth pendant is medium sized, and wrapped in golden wire. A rainbow mandala pattern radiates outward from the center, starting with purple in the center. END ID.
