A colored version of my sketch of Phoenix's face! Since I was drawing her head at a specific angle, I ended up having to design her in a flat, non-angled way first, so I coulld then use the distort feature and get her face at the angle I needed it to be. Trying to design her at an angle wasn't working. But I'm very happy with how she came out, both here and on the cover!

Though, if I'd had more time to work out her design, I definitely would have made her a much weirder bug alien. Who knows, maybe I'll give her a re-design someday. But for now, this is what she looks like in my mind's eye.

Deeply important note- she is EXTREMELY butch and handsome.
